Cutting 45-45 Bias Plys and Clean-Up

Strip of 3k plain weave cut off roll, and then cut into strips with a 45 degree bias:

The remaining triangles (formed when cutting square the ends of the 45-45 strips) work great for gusseting the tube intersections with 0-90 or 45-45 if you cut the triangle in half again.

Cleanup of stray fibers starts with tape wrapped around the fingers sticky side out. After all the big fibers are discarded, then the vacuum comes out.
