Staged. 4 plys for each tube: All 3k plain weave, two at 45-45 and two at 0-90.
Using the roller to squeegee the fabric seemed to reduce the excess resin heading to the frame. With careful finger-massage I was able to lay the plys flat and tight. It was almost too pretty to wrap. I only used one 45-45 and one 0-90 for each tube to avoid the buckling of the last main tube layup.
3 squirts of resin. 475 square inches of 3k plain weave. 24' of 1" woven elastic.
The next morning, results were excellent.
