Bonding Top Tube Composite Clamshell Segments into the Fixture

Now the top tube core segments must be bonded into place.

Recess for the shock mount was removed and fitted to the shock mount parts.

Shock mount was also sanded to feather into the top tube.

Dry fitting shock mounts into top tube core segments.

Dry fit of all composite core segments into the bike frame fixture.

Same as the down tube, large gaps were present on the top tube segment assembly. These will be filled with thick epoxy, sanded smooth, and reinforced with a composite wrap.
